RAW FOOD VEGETARIAN PATE
Super easy vegetarian pate, vegans love it too!
Ingredients:
1 Cup
sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/4 bunch of cilantro
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 Tbs. Miso
Preparation:
In a vita-mixer or or a comercial blender, blend all ingredient
except miso until semi-smooth. Add miso and mix well.
Press into a 6 x6 pan and serve with your favorite dehydated crackers, Enjoy!
