Whole Wheat Pancakes Made with whole grain flour, this batter can be used to make delicious pancakes. These whole wheat pancakes are easy to make and yet fluffy and light. Top with your favorite fruit syrup from the recipe below and enjoy a healthy and scrumptious breakfast!
Ingredients: 1. In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. 2.In a separate bowl beat eggs, oil and milk with an electric mixer. 3. Add oil to the warm skillet. Pour batter by the spoonful, approximately 2 tablespoons onto the skillet. Cook on medium-high heat for 3 minutes or until golden, flip and cook the other side for 1 minute. Repeat until all of the batter has been used. Easy Fruit Syrup2 cups fruit of your
choice (peaches, raspberries, blackberries, apricots, blueberries...) In a small saucepan bring fruit and sugar and water to a boil. Mix cornstarch with the 1/4c cold water and pour it into the boiling fruit while stirring. Boil for 1 more minute, remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Serve with pancakes for a luxurious breakfast.
